Lorye's art is an exciting and reflective confluence of unique interpretations of landscapes, nature, dreams, and spiritual images and symbolism. Her works are stylistically of a Zen genre in their intention and detail, but many are also dramatic, and filled with the bold colors associated with many of the Feng Shui traditions. Lorye's art is an abstract interpretation of the individual journey of all of us who are seeking some moments of peacefulness in the midst of our busy lives.
